We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with our total experience with Commers Company.

We met with your sales rep, Bob Melius, to get information on your reverse osmosis water treatment system. Bob was prompt, informative, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions concerning the purchase and installation of a water treatment system. He even willingly and happily agreed to a second visit to our home to explain exactly how and where the equipment would be placed and to answer additional questions. We felt very comfortable talking with Bob.

The installation of our CQC Reverse Osmosis System took place very promptly after our second home visit. Tony (our installer) was outstanding. He arrived on time. He was efficient, knowledgeable and experienced in installing the RO system. Tony was very neat and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. He asked for approval on anything that was permanent – like the spigot placement on the sink. He was very personable and completed the install in 2 hours.

We are delighted with our new drinking water system. Our first pot of morning coffee using the “good” water was amazing.
