Commers The Water Company stands behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase or experience performance issues within 1 year, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or repair under our performance guarantee.

**Eligibility Criteria:**
– The equipment must have been purchased directly from our company or an authorized retailer.
– The defect must be due to manufacturing issues, and performance issues must not be caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

**Return Process for Defects:**
1. Contact our customer service team within 90 days of purchase to report the defect.
2. Provide details about the issue, including photos if possible.
3. Our team will assess the defect and determine eligibility for return or replacement.
4. If eligible, you will receive instructions on how to return the equipment.

**Performance Guarantee Claim Process:**
1. Report any performance issues within 1 year of purchase.
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and any relevant evidence.
3. Our team will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or the return of the product for inspection.
4. If the claim is validated, we will repair, replace, or refund the equipment as per the terms of the guarantee.

**Options for Resolution:**
– Replacement: We will get you a new, defect-free unit.
– Repair: We will fix the performance issue at no additional cost.
– Refund: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less 10-15% depending on the unit model.

**Shipping Costs:**
– We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed defects and validated performance issues.
– If no defect or performance issue is confirmed, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Exceptions:**
– Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under this policy.
– Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, media, salt, etc.) are not eligible for return due to manufacturing defects or under the performance guarantee.
