Having trouble with your system?

A Commers Water System is state-of-the-art, but even one of our systems needs troubleshooting help on occasion. Below find some common challenges as well as manuals for our water systems.
 
Check these items before you call for expert service::
1. Is there any salt in the brine tank? Is the salt bridged above the water?
2. Is the system plugged in? Has a fuse or circuit breaker blown?
3. Is there power to the outlet.
4. If you have a GFI outlet, is "tripped"?
5. Check time of day for accuracy.
6. Is bypass valve in the service position?
7. Is drain line kink free?
8. Is meter cable inserted into the meters port?
